Every Vibe Construction Suite application is licensed per user. Purchase only the applications your company needs and assign licenses to the employees who will use them.
Can different applications have different numbers of licensed users?
Yes. For example, your company may have 5 Mechanical users, 2 Plumbing users, 8 Running Total Pro users, and 1 Bid Tracker Pro user. You only purchase the licenses required for each application.
Can I add more users later?
Absolutely. You can purchase additional user licenses at any time from the Hub without affecting your existing subscriptions.
Can I purchase additional applications later?
Yes. Start with one application and expand your Vibe Construction Suite as your company grows. Existing customers automatically receive the discounted additional application pricing for qualifying estimating applications.
Do all users need access to every application?
No. Company Owners and Administrators control which licensed users have access to each application through the Vibe Hub.
